Everything was perfect. We looked at the hetels' pictures and knew what to expect eg the rooms being small in size. However for the purpose of our travel staying at this hotel and just sleeping there it suited us perfectly. Everything was super clean, our room got cleaned every day with fresh towels and everything. Hot water, comfortable beds. Nice people at the reception and extremely convenient location with metro just behind the road! Very easy to get everywhere from Kensington as well!

What a brilliant bunch—proper friendly and clearly love what they do! The communication was spot on, super quick to respond to any queries (had to extend my stay for two more nights, and they sorted it no fuss). Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries, always tidy and comfortable. Honestly, for the price, you can’t go wrong. Already planning to stay with them again on my next trip to London. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, the location was really nice and the price we paid for it was not high at all. In London the rooms/hotels are generally expensive but here we found a very good price for really good conditions. We had everything we needed in the room and for us it was just perfect. We even had a small fridge which came in handy to store some beverages or sandwiches, and also a hairdryer.

The staff were so helpful and friendly both before and during our stay. The location was perfect for us and we loved that it was within walking distance of Holland Park. The room was very clean, compact but had everything we could want and need, including air-conditioning and a fridge which you don't always get in a Travelodge! The price was very reasonable and we had a lovely stay.
